Refunds for PRoast purchases

This policy explains when PRoast refunds are available for the $49 one-time plan, how to request one, and how approved refunds are processed.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to paid PRoast purchases only. The free tier does not include any paid charges and therefore has no refund amount.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by emailing mittalsam98@gmail.com from the email used at checkout.

3. When refunds are typically approved

Refunds are generally approved when:

  • The same repository was purchased more than once by mistake.
  • The wrong repository was purchased and the paid entitlement has not been materially used.
  • PRoast could not be provisioned or did not function as described for the purchased repository, and we could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

4. When refunds may be denied

Refunds may be denied when:

  • The request is made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • The purchase has already been substantially used for the repository.
  • The request is based only on a change of mind after successful delivery and use.
  • The account or repository violated the PRoast Terms of Service.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank.

6. Information to include

To speed up review, include your order email, repository name, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
